Should you wish to make a complaint – TLC Property are part of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. Please see our complaints procedure below.
All complaints are required to be put in writing to us in order to investigate. Upon receipt of the written complaint it will be acknowledged within 3 working days. A full response will then be issued within 15 working days with the outcome of our initial investigation.
If the complaint is not resolved a second review will be carried out by another Director of the company and a final viewpoint letter issued.
